Republicans Wanted – You Can Help!

Hello fellow Republicans,

There has never been a more critical time in political history for Republicans to rally their resources to ensure the strength of our nation and our Republican party values. It is vital that we stay the course, increase our involvement in the community and grow our efforts. The country is moving towards greatness and we must keep that momentum going.

Republican Ideals Needed

You probably have noticed that there are Democratic candidates all across the ballot this election cycle, where in past years there were few or none in Collier County.

The Democrats know they won’t win those races, nor are they supporting their candidates financially.

Their purpose is to get democrats out to vote to win the larger races of Florida Senate and Governor’s race.

As of August 31, 2018, across the state, there are 250,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans. There are 3.5 million with no party affiliation, or 27% of registered Florida voters.

The world has changed dramatically in how people engage and communicate. It is no longer enough to hand out brochures and rely on word of mouth to attract the next generation of voters.

We need you to ensure success.

Here’s how you can help. Click Here to help.

  • Staff the Republican office
  • Phone banking, or door knocking.
  • Volunteer for Early Voting and Election Day
  • Get a sign in your yard, get material to hand out to your neighbors.

We need to utilize social media to influence younger voters, encourage their participation, and more importantly, secure their vote for our values.

To succeed, your enthusiasm as well as your moral and financial support is needed.

We’re counting on you.

Honoring Our Veterans – President’s Message October 2018

Jim Carter

The first thing you can do is VOTE on or Before NOVEMBER 6.

All who served this great country protected your right to vote and defended the freedoms we take for granted every day of our lives. This is more than an off year election. Do we stop this far left goal to take us down the path to SOCIALISM?

The so called Democrats are using the very techniques our military fought and died for to defeat fascism. THINK about it. Do you want Pelosi, Waters, Schumer, Sanders, Feinstein controlling our destiny? I think not.

Be a SUPER voter. Get your Republican friends to vote. Work the poles, make phone calls, knock on doors. Stand up for this Republic.

Keep Florida Red. SCOTT for Senator, DeSantis for Governor and Rooney for Congress. Need help? Go to www.colliergop.org

Next, buy your TICKET for SALUTE TO VETERANS, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8 , 11:30am at the Hilton. We are honoring our Veterans with a great American :
CHRIS ‘TANTO’ PARONTO. HERO of BENGHAZI .

He will keep you riveted to your seats as you hear the real story vs the OBAMA/HILLARY/ RICE cover up. These are the same people who want back in power.

Remember when politicians make bad decisions, try to avoid responsibility, our men and women in uniform stand tall and take action to protect us all. They do what is right vs political expediency.

Veterans from WWII through today’s deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria will be joining us. A special recognition to our Vietnam vets on the 50th anniversary of this war. God bless our Veterans and the United States of America.
Jim Carter,
President

Why We Are Making a Difference – September 2018 President’s Message

Jim Carter

A few days ago I received an envelope from Lorenzo Walker Technical School. Enclosed were thirteen thank you notes from dental and X-ray technicians. They are duel enrolled to achieve certificates in these respective fields to be licensed by the State of Florida to practice as certified tech’s.

Thanks to your support of our SCHOLARSHIP FUND through your DUES and SALUTE to VETERANS these young professionals are now getting established in OUR community.

Here are some quotes “as a dual enrolled high school student, money was hard to come by…I am now a CDA thanks to you. ” Jocelyn M.

“I was so worried about the fee….thank you for paying for my exam God bless you.” Luxcinda.

“Thank you…,gave my family such a financial relief.” Jacqueline C

All of these notes were so heart felt. We do make a difference. I’m so proud to be a Republican and for being a part of a group who LIVES these words and takes action to make it happen. “Children are 25% of our Population but 100% of our future.”

August 2018 President’s Message

Jim Carter

The Democrat party mask’s itself as a group flying the flag of progressive politics. Nothing could be further from the truth. What is progressive about actively trying to destroy our system of Government?

The party has been taken over by the far left who brings a steady drum beat of defiance against our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Also, they want an America without borders, give illegals the right to vote and not deport those who commit crimes against citizens or guest residents of the United States.

They have visceral hate of President Trump. Any act of Civil disobedience is justified in their twisted minds because he won in 2016 and they lost. But it goes deeper.

Obama diminished our role as a leader of the free world. His foreign policy was a disaster. Domestically he was an advocate of government control of everything in our lives. To him we weren’t capable of making our own decisions. His mantra, Government can do it better.

Trump has reversed course with amazing accomplishments. I don’t have to tell you how much he has accomplished In a short period of time. The left is furious. So they hate what he is doing and are making every effort to undermine his success.

How are they doing this? It’s called perception management by using the age old psychological technique called “ transference.”

The bad behavior and methods they use are transferred by propaganda towards president Trump. For example, the President wants to protect our borders and accomplish immigration reform.

What does the left do? Organizes demonstrations on our Southern borders, supports the Organization for Open Boarders, and blames Trump when existing laws are enforced. They defy the laws passed by Congress and the enforcement Agencies they created, one in particular, ICE.

The Left employs fascists techniques to accomplish their goals. Mussolini was a Fascist. He used his black shirts to incite public riots and attack any one who disagreed with him. The left today is employing the same tactics in Berkeley, Charlottesville, WDC, Portland and more. Well organized, paid leaders are used to make this happen. The justification always is we hate Trump. Sanctuary Cities and some States use the same reason for defying the law and the agency, ICE created by Congress after 9/11.

The latest is Portland, Oregon where the Mayor Ted Wheeler, a Democrat, refused to protect the employees of ICE while a group of paid organizers took over a whole street, set up a shanty town and harassed ICE employees for over a week. Not only at work but followed them home and to their day care centers, etc. His reason was he doesn’t like Trumps policies and is against ICE.

A selective protection of the residents of Portland he had his police stand down. Perhaps he forgot these people, pay taxes, shop and live like every one else.

I thought when you took an oath of office you were to represent all the people of your community. Where was the National media on this situation? No outrage? Only Tucker Carlson of Fox did a segment on this tragic abuse of power.

Another politician going down the same track is Governor Como of New York. He just pardoned seven criminal illegals and doesn’t want ICE operating in his state. Again the media sleeps on and spends all it’s time justifying the breaking the laws of our land.

Of course, when something goes wrong , it will be President Trumps fault. The left is using the psychology of transference very well. Why shouldn’t it, most of the media and universities are willing accomplices.

President’s Message – July 2018 Is it a Duck Fit?

Jim Carter

Okay! Okay! Take a deep breath. Calm down. Yes, the media is having a duck fit along with al the know it all experts on Russia.

What makes this any different from any thing else the President Trump does? Russian meddling or any other county in our elections is unacceptable. The presidents wording needed to be crisp and to the Point. It wasn’t as we expected. Cut him some slack. It’s a world news conference and you don’t slam the president of a world power.

Let’s take a look at what President Trump has done with the Russians.

He has imposed tough sanctions on Russian Oligarch’s who make millions ripping of the Russian people. He has armed Ukrainian rebels who guard against a Russian invasion.

On the flip side he used Helsinki as a chance to improve our relations with Russia across a wide variety of topics .

Over the past 20 years our relationship with Russia has deteriorated. Mistakes have been made on both sides. Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama had little success.

The Washington establishment is locked into failed polices that views Russian relationships as confrontational.

Trump, the pragmatist, is taking a fresh approach. He recognizes the U.S and Russia have 90% of the worlds nuclear weapons. He believes dialogue presents opportunities to work on shared interests – Terrorism, Trade, cultural exchanges to name a few.

He has Stated emphatically he will not tolerate Russian meddling in our elections on his watch.

In the words of Teddy Roosevelt he walks softly and carries a big stick. No red lines and leading from behind.

Happy Independence Day – Collier GOP Chairman Ron Kezeske

Fellow Collier County Republicans,

Happy Independence Day! I hope each of your days will be filled with Parades (hopefully with us), bbq’s, pool or beach parties, a beer or two (for those over 21) and camaraderie. I’d like to take a minute to share with you some personal thoughts:

The Fourth of July, more than almost any other Holiday, has been a time of reflection, appreciation, belief and hope for me. Although we all end up in different places, as Americans, we all share a similar origin of being part of the land of opportunity. As many today will have you believe that the “American Dream” is dead, I can assure you it is not. For those who truly believe, anything can be achieved. I won’t bore you with my personal story, as I’m suspicious each of you can look at some point in your life where you came to know this was, and always be, the land of opportunity; provided our leaders are of the same conviction.

So why should we ALL reflect on these things now? Because it was at this time that our Founding Fathers believed so bigly (see what I did there) in the idea of what would end up being the United States of America, they committed treason, and almost certain death to pursue it. Although I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve read that, please reflect on it. It makes our day-to-day challenges in our pursuit for whatever our American Dream is somewhat silly.

Would we have the courage and strength to brave such a challenge if faced? This year, you do have the opportunity. Every election, we must make a choice, whether to vote or remove ourselves from the process. This year, to maintain the integrity of the American Dream and to ensure Florida is a beacon for those who dare to pursuit it…vote. I assure you, for Florida’s future, it’s never been more important.

Happy Independence Day, and God Bless!
