Join us for breakfast Friday, October 2nd at 7:30 at the Naples Hilton. This month’s topic is not history for history’s sake. It is a warning and a charge.

America is at a crossroads. The question is no longer whether we are divided. We are. The question is whether that divide becomes a new kind of civil war — fought not only with ballots, but with institutions, narratives, and the rules of the game itself — and whether we still have the will to win the battle for our future.

Our speaker this morning has spent her career on the front lines of that fight.

Kerri (Houston) Toloczko

Guest Speaker: Kerri (Houston) Toloczko

Free market public policy and coalition management expert

Often referred to as “a force of nature” by fellow free market activists, Kerri (Houston) Toloczko is a public policy analyst and expert in coalition building and messaging on domestic and international public policy issues.

She is currently Director of Public Affairs for the DC-based public relations firm, Proven Media Solutions.

Kerri is the former Executive Vice President of Election Integrity Network, Senior Advisor to the Only Citizens Vote Coalition, Visiting Fellow at Conservative Partnership Institute, and Senior Advisor for the Florida Fair Elections Coalition.

She is also the Founder and Meeting Chair for the Southwest Florida Center-Right Coalition, a monthly gathering of conservative and libertarian activists, policy advocates, elected officials and the business community.

Her additional roles include Senior Fellow for Frontiers of Freedom and the Institute for Liberty.

She previously was Senior Vice President of Policy for American Constitutional Rights Union and held positions as Senior Policy Director for now-Florida Senator Rick Scott’s Conservatives for Patients’ Rights, Senior Advisor to the Office of Public Liaison during the George W. Bush Administration, Interim Executive Director of State Policy Network, Director of External Affairs for the Institute for Policy Innovation, and director of the American Conservative Network at the American Conservative Union.

She served in the Bush|Cheney Administration in the Office of Public Liaison in its efforts to engage conservative, free market public policy and advocacy groups.

Appointed in December 2004 by then-House Speaker Dennis Hastert, Ms. Toloczko served two terms as a Commissioner on the Congressional U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission and was nominated to serve on President George W. Bush’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security.

She works as a private consultant domestically and internationally, specializing in issue advocacy, editorial writing, coalition/stakeholder management and policy development for the policy community and private clients.

Her responsibilities have included all facets of marketing, policy research and issue advocacy for conservative think tanks, as well as acting as liaison to Capitol Hill, the White House, state legislators, and free market policy centers in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

A strong proponent of individual and economic liberty and free markets, Mrs. Toloczko lectures on public policy and legislative issues and the proper role of government, and has provided testimony to Congress on a number of topics.

A widely published opinion writer, her opinion/editorials have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Federalist, Investor’s Business Daily, The American Spectator, Breitbart, The Hill, PJ Media, Townhall, The Daily Caller, National Review Online, The Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, the Detroit Free Press, The Dallas Morning News, Forbes and numerous print, internet and institutional publications throughout the country.

She is a regular guest on talk radio nationwide, and has provided commentary on Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, Newsmax, OAN, BBC News, Canada’s CBC, Al Jazeera English and many local affiliates on a variety of issues.

Kerri is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a B.S. in Medical Sciences.
